Notice pursuant to the Battery Act (BattG)
Batteries and rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. Consumers are legally obligated to return used batteries to suitable collection points.
Used batteries can be returned free of charge to municipal collection points or to retailers.
Symbols found on batteries have the following meaning:
The symbol of the crossed-out trash can means that batteries must not be disposed of in household waste.
Chemical abbreviations (e.g. “Li”, “Ni”, “Cd”, “Pb”) indicate the presence of pollutants.
Notice pursuant to the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG / WEEE)
Old electrical and electronic equipment must not be disposed of in household waste.
Consumers are legally obliged to hand over old devices to appropriate collection points.
Disposal is free of charge at municipal collection points or in stores in accordance with § 19 ElektroG.
We are registered with the EAR Foundation in accordance with the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG).
