Cancellation policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which the consumer or a third party named by him has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, an informal notification via e-mail is sufficient.

Consequences of the revocation

In the event of a cancellation, we will refund all payments made by you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery option), within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

Return shipping costs

In the event of a cancellation, the consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
In case of defects, incorrect deliveries or transport damage, we will cover the return shipping costs.

replacement value

The consumer is liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for testing the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
This applies in particular to electronic devices and accumulators, where signs of use, software activations, configurations or physical changes can lead to a loss in value.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:
• sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery;
• Custom-made products or goods that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
