Voluntary 14-day return policy
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, OsteoVitalis grants a voluntary 14-day return policy for portable red light devices for pets.
The deadline begins upon receipt of the goods by the customer.
A return can be requested within this period.
Returns must be registered in advance via customer service at:

Conditions for returns (hygiene & condition)

To ensure hygiene, quality and safety, the following requirements apply:
1. Product and packaging complete, undamaged and with all accessories
2. Surface clean and free of pet hair, dander, stains and odors
3. Product briefly tested for fit check only.
4. No signs of wear that would preclude resale
5. Returns may be refused in cases of contamination, heavy use, or damage.

Return shipping costs for returned items

l In case of returns for personal reasons, the customer bears the return shipping costs.
In case of quality defects or shipping errors, OsteoVitalis will cover the return shipping costs.

refund

After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be issued within 14 days via the originally used payment method.

Transport damage & defects

Transport damage must be reported within 14 days with photo/video evidence.
Upon confirmation, we offer a free replacement or refund.

Warranty (24 months)

The statutory warranty remains unaffected.

COMPLAINTS (Defects / Quality Complaints)

In case of quality defects, malfunctions or other complaints, a claim can be made under the statutory warranty.

Procedure for handling complaints

Please submit:

1. Order number
2. Brief description of the complaint
3. Photo/video evidence (product, accessories, serial number, packaging, etc.)

Solutions within the framework of the warranty

Depending on the circumstances, OsteoVitalis offers the following after review:
• Repair, or
• Replacement delivery, or
• Refund
in accordance with legal provisions

Exclusions

The following are specifically excluded from the warranty:
• Damage caused by improper use
• Damage caused by biting or scratching by the animal
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• normal wear and tear
• Loss or theft of the device
Wear and tear or signs of use from normal use do not constitute a defect.

Warranty period

The statutory warranty period is 24 months from the date of delivery.
Other legal rights of the customer remain unaffected.
