We ship to the following countries and regions:

Deliveries to other countries are possible upon request. Please contact us for a customized quote.

Shipping service provider

For standard parcels: DHL Parcel

Processing time

Orders received before 4:00 PM on weekdays are usually shipped the same day.
Orders received after 4:00 PM will be shipped the next working day.
No processing or shipping takes place on weekends or public holidays in Germany.
During promotional periods, for large orders, or due to delivery delays from our suppliers, processing times may be longer.

Estimated delivery times

Germany: approx. 1–3 working days
EU member states: approx. 3–12 working days
Outside the EU: Delivery times on request

Shipping costs

Germany: free shipping
Other countries: Shipping costs (including VAT) are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs duties & import taxes

Deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to additional import duties, customs duties or customs clearance fees.
These costs are to be borne by the recipient and are governed by the respective legal provisions of the recipient country.
These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
Please check with your country's customs authorities for the applicable regulations.

Undeliverable shipments & reshipment

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or lack of acceptance of receipt, it may be resent.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Address changes

Address changes after order completion are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.
Please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be changed or redirected.

Shipment tracking

After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking link.
This allows you to view the shipment status at any time.

Multi-package shipments

Depending on the items and stock availability, an order may be shipped in multiple packages.
The packages may be delivered at different times.

Delivery & Confirmation of Receipt

For certain shipments, personal delivery against signature may be required.

Transport damage & complaints

Please inspect the goods upon receipt.
Visible transport damage must be reported and documented to the shipping service provider and to us within 24 hours.

Area not served

Certain remote areas, islands, or military addresses may be excluded or incur additional fees.
Please contact us in advance if needed.

When paying by invoice, the invoice amount is due within 14 days of receiving the goods.
All prices include statutory VAT (where applicable) plus shipping costs.
Refunds are always issued via the same payment method that the consumer used for the original transaction.
